Cygate's new share issue of 51 MSEK fully signed

Cygate's new share issue was fully signed and shareholders equity increases with ca 51 MSEK. The new share issue is executed by a combination of cash and conversion of interest bearing debt. In connection with the new share issue, Bure Equity increases its shareholding to 93,9 percent through participation in the issue as well as by acquisiton of existing shares from former owners.
